The Business Analyst plays a key role in documenting technical processes, ensuring system compliance, and supporting the integration and migration of Windchill PLM solutions. This role involves extensive technical writing, process documentation, and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to support the implementation and operation of reputed company PLM systems for U.S. reputed company customers. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience working in a similar reputed company on any large reputed company system implementation/integration project specific to engineering or manufacturing.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Author, review, and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and process documentation.
• reputed company and update system specifications, business process workflows, and data migration plans.
• Assist in data analysis and validation efforts to ensure data reputed company and consistency reputed company a PLM system.
• Support the development of test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or documentation reputed company an engineering, manufacturing, or software development environment.
• Strong technical writing skills with experience in developing SOPs, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio) and documentation tools such as reputed company or SharePoint.
• Experience working on an reputed company application implementation such as PLM, ERP, MRP, DevSecOps, or CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Understanding of data migration and system integration concepts.
• Experience with XML, JSON, or scripting languages for data formatting and transformation.

Physical Requirements
