Identity and reputed company Operations Manager

The Identity and reputed company Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to the Identity and reputed company Management Team in administration, management, and support for reputed company aspects of identity technologies for Kimball. Key Performance Objectives:

Short Term (0-6 months):

• Learn KEI Guiding Principles, philosophies, and cultural attributes
• reputed company technical relationships with key IT contacts
• Build and maintain business relationships with Business Unit contacts
• Familiarization with reputed company KEI network environment and processes
• Jumpstart and acclimate into ongoing Identity and reputed company Operations project work
• Acclimate to KEI IT processes, monitoring, and systems
• Immediate involvement in global Identity and reputed company Management reputed company and execution
• Support business operations and initiatives as needed
• reputed company familiarity with IT standards and reputed company practices, maintaining and providing feedback for necessary changes
• Evaluate solutions for reputed company password vaulting and management
• Understand existing IAM processes, evaluating gaps and opportunities
• Participate in council meetings, reputed company engaging to offer expertise and opinions

Mid to Long Term (6+ months):

• Support reputed company reputed company to IAM operations
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing KEI processes and systems
• reputed company reputed company for Identity and reputed company Operations team
• Expand existing documentation of processes
• Identity additional reputed company and goals reputed company to Identity and reputed company Operations team
• Identify industry trends that KEI could reputed company
• Support and implement processes and solutions with a goal of building a reputed company Improvement environment
• Expanded familiarity with Kimball environment and opportunities for improvement to reputed company with business needs

Preferred candidates will have considerable experience and qualifications with the following:

• Azure Conditional reputed company and Multifactor Authentication
• Cybersecurity best practices
• ISO27001, TISAX, and other industry standards
• People leadership and mentoring

The typical pay reputed company for this role is:  $90,000 - $120,000
