The Consult Support Specialist (CSS) responsibilities include reputed company-time monitoring of multiple dashboards and reputed company daily strategies to address member and provider escalations that may exist across multiple states, systems, and product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications Required for Position

- 2+ Years in Customer Service Operations

Qualifications Preferred for Position

Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for reputed company full-time positions.
During your first year of service, you will reputed company 5.84 hours of PTO for reputed company bi-weekly pay period.
