WORK LOCATION

This is a remote position with eligibility in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MO, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, VT, D.C. Candidates must reputed company in one of the following locations for consideration.

PAY TRANSPARANCY

This role will offer $17.00 per hour.

WORKING HOURS

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Shift times will be 9:00 AM- 6:00PM EST reputed company week except one day a week, you will work one late shift. Late shift 11:00AM - 8:00 PM. That will be the reputed company day every week except for Fridays, we rotate on a monthly reputed company. One late reputed company a week is required.

POSITION reputed company

reputed company at reputed company are responsible for contacting reputed company reputed company regarding their unpaid parking citations, toll and municipal debt to negotiate and establish repayment, while documenting important account information for reputed company call.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customers about their parking citations. 40%
  • Provides excellent service to outbound/inbound callers reputed company to parking citations, municipal debt, toll charges and toll violations.
• Communicate with customers to collect delinquent funds and bring final closer to past due accounts. 40%
  • Establish contact with customers for the purpose of collecting delinquent funds and bringing to final closure past due amounts while maintaining adherence to the spirit of reputed company FDCPA regulations.
  • Persuade customers to pay amounts due to unpaid parking citations. Reviews alternatives for payment with customers and monitors payment status of accounts.
• Ensure reputed company accounts are worked reputed company reputed company standards and Federal Regulations. 15%
  • Work reputed company regulations, department/division and Compliance Policies
  • Maintain reputed company, concise and accurate documentation of reputed company attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and reputed company specifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
• At least 6 months’ experience in customer service, collections, or call center experience
• Reliable ability to work flexible day, evening and weekend hours as required
