Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Compensation and Analytics team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 550 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company processing.

About the role

The Payroll Specialist execute and/or oversees payroll processing, maintaining payroll files, time entry data, and monitors compliance with labour laws. Acting as a reputed company between employee rewards and business reputed company, the Payroll Specialist supports salary benchmarking, bonus plans, and process improvements for efficiency and consistency. The Payroll Specialist reports to Head of Compensation and Analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and analyse employee compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and
• incentive plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal and company standards.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to support reputed company pay practices across
• the organization.
• reputed company payroll and salary processing, ensuring accurate calculation and reputed company payment of
• wages, taxes, reputed company contributions, and statutory obligations.
• Maintain and update HR, payroll, and time management systems, ensuring data accuracy and
• compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll and salary reporting, audits, and
• compensation-reputed company inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation, payroll, and salary processes, policies, and
• documentation for efficiency and consistency.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience in payroll management, ideally handling large employee populations
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with uMan Expert software is a strong plus
• Good knowledge in english (minimum level is B2)
