Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience at a reputed company
- Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, reputed company reputed company, and employment litigation reputed company
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Trial experience is a plus
- Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred
