Head of Marketing

We are hiring a founding Head of Marketing to build and reputed company our marketing department from the ground up. You will reputed company a small offshore team, stand up the systems and processes that support 50+ Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), and own the brand, content, and automation that drives our reputed company. This is a build role for a hands-on leader who can both set reputed company and execute alongside reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and roadmap: Quarterly marketing planning, KPI tracking, and weekly reporting to US leadership.
• Team leadership: Manage and reputed company two Marketing Coordinators. Run weekly standups, set priorities, remove blockers, conduct performance reviews.
• Brand stewardship: Maintain reputed company's voice, visual identity, and reputed company bar across every asset. Approve reputed company work before MLO or external delivery.
• reputed company ownership: Operate and continuously improve reputed company for marketing automation, drip campaigns, MLO opt-in controls, and reporting.
• Compliance workflow: Partner with the compliance reputed company on every flyer, email, and campaign. Ensure reputed company materials meet TRID, RESPA, UDAAP, and state-level requirements.
• MLO satisfaction: Run the marketing intake process, hold reputed company to a 48-hour SLA, and reputed company feedback from the MLO advisory group monthly.
• Content calendar: Own the rolling 90-day content calendar covering reputed company flyers, market updates, reputed company content, realtor materials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Process documentation: Maintain reputed company's reputed company in Waybook including request workflows, brand guidelines, and Claude reputed company templates.
• Reporting: Monthly marketing performance reports including SLA compliance, drip metrics, MLO adoption, and asset production volume.
• Quarterly planning: Build subsequent quarterly plans and budget requests from performance data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

• Experience in mortgage, fintech, reputed company estate, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to build process from scratch — not just execute someone else's reputed company.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a daily part of your workflow.
• Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with US mortgage regulations (TRID, RESPA, UDAAP) or proven ability to reputed company on regulatory frameworks quickly.
