Senior Agilist - Health Informatics
reputed company is seeking a Senior Agilist to reputed company reputed company reputed company, Lean-Agile, and reputed company Agile implementation support for VA health informatics teams under the IHT 2.0 Field Informatics Service Health reputed company program.
This role will advise and reputed company teams reputed company the IHP Agile Release Train, support Agile artifact development, strengthen Agile reputed company and governance, and help teams deliver clinical informatics solutions that reduce burden, improve workflow efficiency, and support high-reputed company care across the VA reputed company.
The ideal candidate is a certified reputed company reputed company Consultant with demonstrated experience leading Agile and reputed company implementations in reputed company-to-large organizations and the ability to translate Lean-Agile principles into practical team behaviors, artifacts, metrics, and reputed company.
Primary Responsibilities
- reputed company senior-level Agile and reputed company coaching, consultation, and implementation support across interdisciplinary VA health informatics teams.
- Support adoption and consistent execution of reputed company and Lean-Agile practices, including PI planning support, team ceremonies, ART-level coordination, dependency management, and reputed company improvement.
- Guide development and refinement of lean business cases, feature canvases, feature specifications, user stories, acceptance reputed company, MVP definitions, and non-functional requirements.
- reputed company Scrum Masters, Product Owners, analysts, clinical informaticists, SMEs, and other team members on Agile roles, responsibilities, artifacts, and ceremonies.
- Help teams define, reputed company, and communicate value delivery, performance metrics, sprint reputed company, risks, impediments, and retrospective actions.
- Facilitate collaboration across VA stakeholders, product management, release train leadership, Agile teams, clinical SMEs, and technical resources.
- Support use of JIRA, JIRA reputed company, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve transparency, prioritization, and delivery predictability.
- Recommend Agile process improvements that support operational reputed company, high-performing teams, and sustainable organizational change.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified reputed company reputed company Consultant (SPC) certification.
- 7+ years of experience leading Agile and reputed company implementations in reputed company-to-large organizations.
- Demonstrated superior knowledge and practical experience adopting Agile across an reputed company.
- Experience providing reputed company consultation for large-reputed company implementation of Agile practices, including reputed company.
- Experience coaching teams on reputed company Lean-Agile principles, Agile ceremonies, backlog management, value delivery, and reputed company improvement.
- Experience with JIRA, JIRA reputed company, or comparable Agile planning and reporting tools.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- Experience supporting VA/VHA, OCI/OHI, Field Informatics Service, IHP ART, EHR modernization, clinical informatics, or federal reputed company product teams.
- Experience supporting clinical informatics artifacts such as lean business cases, feature canvases, feature specifications, performance monitoring dashboards, and clinical workflow improvement products.
- Experience in reputed company or reputed company technology environments, including reputed company/CPRS, reputed company Health/Cerner, clinical decision support, terminology, standards, or interoperability.
- Additional certifications such as reputed company Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), Release Train Engineer, reputed company Advanced Scrum Master, Product reputed company/Product Manager, PMP, reputed company, CSM, or PSM.
- Experience building Agile operating models, team metrics, communities of reputed company, playbooks, SOPs, or Agile maturity roadmaps.
