A DAY IN THE LIFE

Ensures reputed company positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a reputed company manner. The Recruiter will handle reputed company requisitions with various reputed company of technical and/or labor market complexity. This will be a temporary position for roughly 6 months.

- Follow reputed company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Utilize sourcing and reputed company strategies to ensure reputed company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position.
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education.
- Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience. Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS).
