We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join reputed company and support the development of internal applications for a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. You'll work with two distributed cross-functional teams – DevOps and Development – in a reputed company Agile environment. In this role, you’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain Agile processes and reporting, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and time zones.

✅ Is that you?
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum reputed company and Agile principles
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively

- Comfort guiding and supporting teams in Agile practices and day-to-day collaboration
- Ability to adapt communication style to different teams, cultures, and individuals
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools

- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a Technical reputed company or Business Analyst
