About the role
As a Startup Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to early-stage startups, helping them navigate critical moments from formation through reputed company.
You will operate on reputed company’s marketplace as a fractional legal leader, working directly with founders and leadership teams to reputed company pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance. This includes everything from incorporation and fundraising to reputed company, hiring, and compliance.

What you'll do

3+ years working directly with startups or high-reputed company companies
Experience working closely with founders and executive teams
A pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving
Excellent judgment and ability to balance risk with speed
Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple customer relationships
