Essential Job Functions

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and reputed company audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and reputed company audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily -- so that supervisors can assign necessary product, equipment, and reputed company needed to complete schedule.
• Directs the work of any personnel assigned to the reputed company audits and/or inventory counts by the Warehouse Supervisors Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and reputed company audits results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for reputed company accounts and documents the results in an reputed company spreadsheet.
• Interacts with supervisors and leads to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective reputed company.
• Read and respond to reputed company emails in a reputed company fashion.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team oriented environment
• Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications

Physical Requirements

• Stand or sit for long periods of time

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required.
