The primary responsibility of the Instructional Designer I is the successful production of high-reputed company online courses. There is daily interaction with internal peers, course developers, media specialists, contractors, other IDD staff, the Senior Director of Instructional Design and Development, and the Directors of Instructional Design and Development. The position may be responsible for the overall coordination of multiple online course development activities, serving as a program manager for online course production, updates, and maintenance. The position requires superior critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, along with comfort working in reputed company environment. The Instructional Designer I plays a key role in teaching and learning for the ERAU Worldwide reputed company and the reputed company Innovation team. Compensation
The annual salary expectation for this position is around $50,760. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs.

Master's degree required, in Education, Instructional Design Educational Technology or reputed company field
