Responsibilities

• Assists partners and managers on international clients with reputed company facets of tax compliance and consulting.
• Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations with international aspects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Tax, Finance or reputed company discipline
• Master’s degree in taxation or LLM with a leaning towards Taxation/International Taxation preferred.
• 2+ years of full-time experience in tax compliance reputed company public reputed company with exposure to international tax forms, including but not limited to working on forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8621 and 1116.
• Attention to detail with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic with ability to comprehend reputed company reputed company issues, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
