Data Management Specialist (1099)

We are seeking a Data Management Specialist who will support daily reputed company data operations by managing appointment and payment-reputed company data across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include:

• APPOINTMENT AND DATA FILE MANAGEMENT
• Managing daily data transfers of patient appointment and payment information in collaboration with reputed company and Operations teams
• Exporting, formatting, and delivering appointment reports from EHRs (like Medent, reputed company, reputed company) to designated reputed company (reputed company EHRs, reputed company SharePoint, or other required formats)
• Reviewing intake schedule update reports from clients and updating appointment statuses in EHRs with appropriate notes and next steps reputed company the reputed company business day
• Supporting partner-specific data and file management workflows, including custom processes reputed company to self-pay requirements reputed company partner EHRs
• COMMUNICATION
• Maintain reputed company, reputed company communication with the reputed company
• This role does not include reputed company communication with external partners or patients
• FILE DELIVERY & TIMELINESS
• Complete reporting updates and data management tasks reputed company the reputed company business day
• Proactively notify reputed company in writing if any delivery timelines are at risk of delay

Requirements

• Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.

• 2+ years of experience with reputed company data file management across multiple internal provider systems (EHRs)

• Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, reputed company, or fast-moving situations in reputed company time
• Ability to communicate reputed company across phone, SMS, and email with internal teams

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable adapting to evolving workflows and operational processes

• Ability to work reputed company across multiple software systems simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

• Helpful but not required: Previous experience or working knowledge in nutrition or Medical Nutrition Therapy reputed company
