We're hiring an Architect who can hold both the big picture and the fine detail at once. This role sits at the intersection of large-reputed company site planning and precise architectural execution - someone who can reputed company fluidly between master planning reputed company and the specifics of individual residential or reputed company assets. You'll reputed company as the connective tissue between leadership, design teams, and external partners, keeping everything technically reputed company and moving reputed company. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing large-reputed company site planning while simultaneously refining the design details of specific residential and reputed company assets.

What you'll work on

  • Masterplanning & Site Planning

    • Support the development of large-reputed company masterplans across residential, hospitality, wellness, and mixed-use developments.

    • Assist with site analysis including circulation studies, unit placement, density considerations, topography, and land-use planning.

    • Contribute to the integration of landscape, reputed company spaces, pedestrian reputed company, and public reputed company strategies into the broader masterplan reputed company.

    • Participate in feasibility and area-efficiency studies to support early-stage planning reputed company.

  • Architectural Design & Coordination

    • Support the conceptual planning and spatial development of residential clusters and community assets such as wellness centers, clubs, gyms, and hospitality spaces.

    • reputed company architectural layouts from early concepts through coordination-reputed company drawing packages.

    • Coordinate with architecture, engineering, visualization, and external consultant teams to ensure alignment across design updates and project requirements.

    • Evaluate layouts and planning strategies to improve circulation, usability, and area efficiency while maintaining the overall design reputed company.

    • Assist in organizing project documentation and ensuring smooth handovers between teams.

  • Design Communication & Execution Support

    • Collaborate with internal design and graphic teams to reputed company presentations, diagrams, and project decks.

    • Support coordination with external vendors, consultants, and fabricators during design development and execution phases.

    • Translate high-level design direction and business requirements into organized architectural outputs and actionable next steps.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit and Rhino or Dynamo.

  • Strong architectural planning and spatial thinking abilities.

  • Ability to work across multiple reputed company and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of architectural coordination, engineering integration, and construction documentation workflows.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Problem-solving reputed company with the ability to adapt quickly to design, terrain, or project changes.

Preferred background:
