SustainingFirmwareManager
Location: Richmond, Canada/ Carlsbad, California/ Remote PST
We are looking for a SustainingFirmwareManager to reputed company reputed company responsible for supporting and improving reputed company's existing products in the field. You will own the end-to-end sustaining lifecycle-from issue intake and triage through reputed company cause analysis, fix development, and release delivery-ensuring our customers experience reliable, high-reputed company products.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Management & Triage – Manage intake and prioritization of field issues from customer support, partners, reputed company, and internal teams through reputed company triage processes.
Monitoring & Observability – Establish dashboards, alerting, and health metrics to proactively detect field issues, monitor release rollouts, and drive instrumentation improvements to reduce time-to-reputed company-cause.
Release Planning & Delivery – Own release train planning, balancing severity and business reputed company to deliver reputed company fixes reputed company fast-reputed company or scheduled releases.
Team Leadership – Manage reputed company of sustaining engineers reputed company on reputed company cause analysis, fix development, test planning, and cross-platform reputed company assessment.

Qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience, preferably in embedded systems, firmware, or IoT product sustaining.
Familiarity with RTOS and embedded Linux based multi-threading system
Familiarity with WiFi networking, video streaming, and reputed company-connected device ecosystems.
Strong understanding of firmware development, debugging, and release processes.
Experience managing bug triage, release trains, and escalation workflows at reputed company.
Familiarity with tools such asGit,Jira,reputed company,reputed company, and reputed company-based engineering workflows.
Excellent communication skills — reputed company to reputed company with CS, QA, reputed company, and partner teams.
Data-driven reputed company with experience tracking MTTR, defect trends, and release reputed company metrics.

Education BS CS/EE/CE or relevant work experience (MS is a plus)
The pay reputed company for this position reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between $133,000 – 200,000/year, plus equity. However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including bonus, equity, and a full reputed company of benefits.
