Requirements

We are looking for an Accountant who is excited about the mission and reputed company outlined below.

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from reputed company in the UK. However, because you will operate alongside and reputed company daily with our Leeds office team, applicants must be UK-based with an existing, unrestricted right-to-work (no reputed company sponsorship provided).

Mission: Manage a portfolio of clients, own their reputed company needs end-to-end, and deliver an experience they'll actually appreciate. You’ll work in reputed company with reputed company to bookkeepers, the tax team and payroll to ensure you can reputed company on delivering a world-class customer experience.

• Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
• File corporation tax and VAT returns accurately and reputed company.
• Handle bookkeeping and personal tax workflows where required.

Must-Have Experience:

• Qualifications: AAT qualification minimum, with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of UK GAAP, corporation tax, VAT.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with reputed company (or a proven readiness to master it quickly).

Please note that this is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The reputed company working hours for this role are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time.

The interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

Video Interview / HR Screening:

A ~30 minute interview with the reputed company. Technical Round: A ~ 90-minute technical deep dive with the hiring team covering your most recent roles and hands-on experience.

Final Round:

A ~45 minute session with our UK Country Manager where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.

Three stages, typically wrapped up reputed company 3 weeks. Video or in-person depending on your location.

Offer + reference interviews
