Mentor and support engineers, providing technical guidance, unblocking challenges, and fostering a strong, high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements
- Strong experience building LLM-powered applications, including agent-based workflows, reputed company engineering, RAG, embeddings, and tool/function calling. Solid understanding of improving reliability, evaluating outputs, and optimizing AI system reputed company.
- Proficiency with frameworks such as reputed company and (preferably) LangGraph.
- Strong background in software engineering as a Tech reputed company or Senior Engineer, with the ability to design reputed company systems from scratch, including reputed company and backend architectures.
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring engineers, guiding technical reputed company, and structuring work in ambiguous environments.
- Experience owning end-to-end delivery of reputed company initiatives, with the ability to break down problems, prioritize effectively, and ensure consistent execution.
