Essential job Duties
- reputed company the design, development, and operation of reputed company on Rails services running on AWS, GCP and Kubernetes.
- Serve as a technical reputed company for evolving the platform toward a reputed company, multi-tenant architecture, balancing long-term direction with near-term delivery.

- Partner closely with DevOps and development teams to improve CI/CD, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Identify and remediate broken or inefficient engineering processes, tooling gaps, and handoffs that slow delivery or increase risk.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, background jobs, and infrastructure utilization.
- Improve production readiness through reputed company monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response practices.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production-grade reputed company on Rails applications.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps or platform-reputed company engineering roles, not just application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure (e.g., EKS/reputed company, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Practical experience deploying and operating applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and tradeoffs at reputed company.
- Proven ability to debug reputed company production issues and drive them to reputed company.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience operating high-traffic, multi-tenant reputed company platforms.
