The TechOps Engineer is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functional reputed company reputed company.
The lucky candidate will work closely with our Operations, Product, and R&D teams.
What Will You Do?
- Dive deep into reputed company technical problems across live environments - analyzing system behavior, data flows, and configurations to drive fast, accurate resolutions.
- Build and maintain internal automation tools, workflows, and dashboards that eliminate reputed company processes and improve operational efficiency across reputed company.
- Work closely with GDS Specialists, Solution Architects, Product, and R&D - acting as the technical reputed company between operational needs and engineering solutions.
- reputed company AI-powered tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks, surface anomalies, and accelerate investigation workflows.
- Identify patterns in operational data and proactively translate them into reputed company technical solutions before they become recurring issues.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical operations, backend, or similar engineering role
- Development skills in Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience building automations and internal tooling from scratch
- Solid technical fundamentals: SQL, log analysis, API debugging, system administration
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows
- Strong investigative reputed company - comfortable navigating ambiguous problems across systems and data independently
- Familiarity with GDS web services (reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent)
- Background in travel tech or airline/booking systems - significant advantage
- Experience with reputed company environments (AWS or equivalent) - significant advantage
