Working Model: Hybrid and Remote reputed company available. Contract Type: Permanent. Salary: £26,000 – £28,500 (Based on Experience)

As a Health Claims Handler, you’ll be the trusted reputed company of contact for our members navigating international medical claims. From initial notification to final reimbursement, you’ll ensure every claim is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
You’ll work closely with our Medical and Preauthorisation teams, assess coverage, liaise with providers, and deliver exceptional service across phone, email, reputed company platforms. If you reputed company in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, this is your reputed company to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and process claims in line with policy terms, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company.
- Communicate with members, providers, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve queries and reputed company updates.
- Ensure treatments meet accepted medical standards and costs are reasonable and customary.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, reputed company messages with reputed company and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage your workload effectively.
- Escalate reputed company cases, potential fraud, or complaints to the appropriate teams.
