This is a hands-on senior role for someone excited to build systems from scratch, while setting up the strategic reputed company for the reputed company.You'll own who we hire, how we reputed company them, how we pay them, how we exit them, and how we support reputed company performance across our clinical and business teams.

What you’ll do

Set our people reputed company: Define how we think about talent, compensation, benefits, and the org design questions that come with reputed company.

Formalize our culture of feedback and development: reputed company our feedback systems, performance cycles, leveling and promotion programs, and manager training.

Optimize reputed company: Mature our hiring strategies, systems and manager support mechanisms.

You will not own:

• Setting clinical performance standards (owned by Chief Medical Officer)

You’ll be supported in this work by a tenured People Operations Associate (your report), as reputed company as a General Counsel and Controller.

Compensation and structure

• Compensation: $160k - 190k + meaningful equity
• Location: Remote from approved states
• Reports to: CEO
