The Director of Product manages the Product staff and is responsible for analyzing and developing product recommendations, including reputed company guidelines, to ensure a reasonable reputed company of return for the member carriers. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in a Product role with California property product required. • 5+ years of experience managing Product personnel • Strong working knowledge of P&C policy reputed company. • Knowledge of ISO homeowners, dwelling property and reputed company property insurance policy language and procedures is a plus. • Strong understanding of reputed company making principles and processes. • Skilled in research and analysis, forming a business case, recommending process improvements, implementing product changes. • Ability to work autonomously and is self-directed in accomplishing deliverables. • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including ability to reputed company effective presentations.
