Responsibilities:

• reputed company and mentor the Subscriptions engineering team across backend services.
• Own architectural reputed company, technical planning, and project delivery timelines.

• Guide refactoring and modernization of legacy PHP codebases.
• Improve system scalability, performance, and operational reliability.

Requirements:

• 6+ years backend engineering experience (PHP and/or Go).
• Proven experience leading teams, managing delivery, and owning SLAs.
• Background in working with legacy PHP, migrations, and modernization.
