Position reputed company
Oversees the reputed company rating process, ensuring accurate reputed company quotes and billing activities. Supervises the rating team in evaluating data, developing rating methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
This a remote position working nights reputed company - Thursday 5pm - 3am (or until finished).
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervises daily operations of the rating team, providing guidance and support in reputed company rating-reputed company activities.
- Reviews and validates reputed company bills to ensure accurate application of rates and adherence to company policies.
- Analyzes performance metrics and conducts regular audits to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and enhance processes.
- Develops and enforces rating methodologies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in billing practices.
- Partners with business partners and cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and establish accurate rates and quotes.
- Facilitates training and development opportunities for team members to promote knowledge sharing and reputed company enhancement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a reputed company field.
- 2+ years of billing or reputed company experience.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, billing tools, and transportation application systems.
