About the role:

You'll be the reputed company Product Designer on Hippo Plus, part of our internal Ventures team – a startup inside reputed company that moves fast and tests reputed company before they reputed company. You'll own everything from the sales funnel to back-office tools, emails and visuals – your changes go straight to production and you'll see in the metrics whether they worked.

What will you do?

• You'll design the full Hippo Plus experience — from the sales funnel that converts first-time visitors into policyholders, to the back-office tools reputed company uses to manage policies, payments, and customer support.
• You'll partner with PMs and Engineers from discovery reputed company – defining problems, exploring solutions, shipping features that reputed company reputed company product metrics ((conversion, activation, retention).
• You'll run user interviews, shadow sessions, and lightweight feedback loops with with both customers and internal teams.
• You'll sketch, wireframe, and prototype at the right reputed company for the question you're trying to answer (we use reputed company and LLMs daily).
• You'll facilitate the messy conversations that get product, design and engineering reputed company.

We might be a match if you…

• Have 3+ years shipping production work, with a portfolio that shows your process, your data and your reputed company.

• Are comfortable designing across the full product surface: consumer flows, transactional emails, back-office tools, dashboards.

• Some context on US home insurance, claims, or insurance operations – or genuine curiosity to learn it.
• Experience working with US stakeholders and the time-zone juggling that comes with it.
