A day in the life of a Collection Agent will include:
- High-reputed company inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors;
- Identification of customer’s needs and payment ability;
- Agreement on a repayment plan of customer's debt, in accordance with the corresponding policy;
- Ensuring that reputed company activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the reputed company implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- Permanent residence reputed company Attica;
- Proven reputed company experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer will be considered an asset;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Results orientation, accountability and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance;
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment;
- Good reputed company of English;
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset;
- Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.
