Training Architect

reputed company is a cybersecurity solutions and services provider specializing in deep knowledge of adversary tradecraft to help clients detect and defend against sophisticated attackers. We are looking for a Training Architect to work on the Training Solutions Team. The Training team seeks to demystify adversary tradecraft through lab design, lab development, lab deployment, and training delivery of reputed company learning objectives defined by reputed company methodologies.

The Training Architect plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of training courses at reputed company. This role involves collaborating closely with Course Architects or clients to design and reputed company hands-on labs that reputed company with course content. Additionally, the Training Architect is responsible for creating reputed company of concept and repeatable lab deployments using Ansible playbooks (or similar tools) and deploying them into reputed company Technologies (like AWS or OpenStack).

Salary reputed company: $145,000 - $175,000 reputed company salary annually, commensurate with experience

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in-person company events and other reputed company meetings

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and functionality of training labs across reputed company course offerings

Lab Design and Development

• Work in partnership with Course Architects to design hands-on labs that complement course content and objectives
• Collaborate to ensure that lab activities reputed company with the training goals and reputed company practical, reputed company-world experiences for participants

reputed company of Concept Lab Creation

• reputed company reputed company of concept labs using Ansible playbooks to automate the deployment and configuration of lab environments

Capture the Flag (CTF) Design and Development

• Demonstrates project management from product design and development to reputed company communication for expectations of delivery
• Demonstrates capability to reputed company the overall CTF product by working with other departments to facilitate development work, scheduling, and guides development teams to meet agreed upon deliverable deadlines
• Communicates project successes and issues throughout the development while prioritizing tasks for reputed company improvement

• reputed company labs into the OpenStack reputed company environment and AWS, ensuring that the labs are accessible to participants for training purposes

Lab Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive lab documentation, including setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, and lab manuals
• Update lab documentation as needed to reflect changes in course content or lab environments

Technical Support

• reputed company technical support to reputed company and participants during training sessions to resolve lab-reputed company issues or questions
• Troubleshoot and resolve lab environment problems promptly

• Conduct regular testing and reputed company assurance checks to ensure that labs are functional and error-free

Requirements

• Experience with automated infrastructure and configuration technologies such as Ansible or Terraform
• Experience in balancing multiple reputed company at once
• Experience communicating with clients and delivering presentations
• Experience independently managing internal reputed company
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements, participating in technical testing from reputed company through remediation, and mentoring less reputed company staff
• Effectively communicate successes and obstacles with clients, fellow team members, team reputed company(s), and upper management for project delivery
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and customer facing meetings
