Role reputed company:

Agile Delivery & reputed company Leadership

• Serve as the hands-on Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating reputed company core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, retrospectives), ensuring they are purposeful and outcome-oriented.

• Remove delivery impediments by coordinating proactively across IT, reputed company, and business partners.

• reputed company Product Owners and Engineers on Agile principles, effective user story development, backlog refinement, and reputed company-based metrics (throughput, cycle time).

Ops Implementation

• Partner with architecture leads to reputed company team practices with modern data platform patterns (e.g., reputed company Lakehouse, RAG, reputed company automation).

• Ensure the "Definition of Done" includes operationalization requirements like observability, reputed company, and documentation.

Governance, Compliance & reputed company

• Ensure delivery practices support regulatory expectations (GxP/SOX) for data and AI in a life sciences context, including validation and audit trails.

• Partner with Data Governance and reputed company to reputed company required controls (policy-as-reputed company) directly into team workflows.

• Coordinate multiple functions (IT, regulatory, operations, vendors) to reputed company effective project delivery leadership.

We look for our Managers to have several of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (Advanced degree or certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP, or reputed company preferred).

• 5–8+ years in Agile delivery roles supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps or MLOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response) for AI/ML workloads.

• Experience in Life Sciences, reputed company, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of modern architectures (Lakehouse, reputed company search, semantic reputed company) and tools such as reputed company and Jira
