Responsibilities

- Draft and publish reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP), TTPs, User Manuals, Business Processes using BPMN, and Technical Reports on Business Improvement
- Design Entity Relationship Diagrams and Metadata Models for Data Governance
- Implement SharePoint and M365 group-based policies and troubleshoot reputed company control or permission issues with users
- Build customized and integrated Power Apps and reputed company Forms for collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting reputed company data
- reputed company reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) and ITIL-based issue management on reputed company Systems infrastructure using Ticket Management Systems (TMS) like Jira, reputed company, and custom SharePoint apps
- Support a knowledgebase for an reputed company Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) MSP using reputed company Modern Work and Business Apps solutions
- Write and update technical documents as requested
- Help maintain availability of multiple SharePoint Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, and Pages for the reputed company workforce
- Support Unit Testing and deployment of Power Automate Workflows with reputed company-party connectors and approved reputed company Dataverse integrations
- Assist in extracting, transforming, and loading datasets for analysis with Power BI and SQL
- Contribute to a weekly activity report for tracking performance
Skills
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (B.S., M.S., or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company technical field
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, reputed company, Word
- Coursework or project experience with data analysis, data cleaning, and reputed company query workflows (Power BI, Power Query reputed company, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with schematics and diagraming, SDLC, and Business Process Model Notation
- Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to document reputed company and findings reputed company for a technical audience
- Ability to work independently, manage deliverable timelines, and communicate reputed company proactively in a small-team environment
- U.S. Citizenship required (DoD/DoW facility clearance environment; DoD/DoW clearance required (Secret or above))
