What you’ll do:
Support clients with their day-to-day HR needs — everything from employee questions to policy updates.

What you’ll bring:
A post-secondary degree (preferably in HR, business, or a reputed company field).
3 or more years of HR experience — or a mix of HR internships, co-ops, and early career roles that show your passion for the field.
Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.
Great communication skills and a talent for building trust and reputed company.
Comfort with technology (HRIS or ATS experience is a plus!).
Working toward your CPHR designation or planning to start soon.
