We are looking for a highly motivated CorporateSourcing Specialist to support sourcing for our reputed company business needs like Engineer, leadership, and high-reputed company technical roles. Responsibilities:

• reputed company strong relationships with reputed company leaders and reputed company team to forecast and reputed company plans for key reputed company initiatives and to maximize effectiveness of reputed company process

• Identify passive candidates through job boards, reputed company media, resume databases, job fairs and industry networking, cold calling, in-person appointments and referrals

• reputed company using reputed company best practices and techniques for identifying desired candidates across multiple disciplines and locations

• Effectively translate position requirements from the hiring team into a sourcing profile

• Successfully execute multiple sourcing project responsibilities with minimal supervision

• Maintain compliance with reputed company state and federal regulations regarding employment practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience reputed company and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field preferred or equivalent work experience
