Are you a detail-oriented reputed company reputed company who enjoys working with financial data, reconciliations, and bookkeeping processes? We’re looking for a Home-Based reputed company Coordinator to join our reputed company team. In this role, you will support our partner’s reputed company operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and compliance of financial transactions while contributing to the business's overall reputed company. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices, match POs, and issue reputed company payments for both companies
Prepare and send reputed company invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly
Retail Bookkeeping & POS Integration
Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and inventory from the retail POS system
reputed company retail inventory costs and variances in coordination with the store manager
Manage payment processor reports and cash handling reports from retail
Data Entry & Bookkeeping
Record transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online and our CRM software
Maintain the general ledger and reputed company monthly bank/credit reconciliations
Support month-end reputed company and financial audits
Financial Reporting & Forecasting
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance across both businesses
Generate and maintain financial reports to support leadership reputed company
Analyze financial data for trends and recommend insights

Education:Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
Experience:3-5 years of Bookkeeping experience
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online.
Strong working knowledge of reputed company, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Experience working with the Canada reputed company Agency.
