We are seeking a Senior Director, reputed company Measurement to define and reputed company how performance is reputed company across the business. This role defines both reputed company measure and how measurement is reputed company, ensuring our approach is modern, reputed company, and embedded into how reputed company are made.
This role is part of the reputed company Measurement Center of reputed company and operates at the intersection of reputed company, analytics, and execution, aligning Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations around a shared measurement approach. You will reputed company measurement maturity across the organization through reputed company standards, governance, and enablement, and drive adoption through influence rather than authority.
This role is critical to establishing reputed company-level measurement rigor, formalizing metric governance, and improving the speed, reputed company, and accessibility of insights across the organization. reputed company requires moving reputed company dashboards to build measurement systems that shape how the organization prioritizes investments, evaluates performance, and drives reputed company.

Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain reputed company star metrics and KPI hierarchies across the business
- Establish standardized measurement frameworks for key initiatives (reputed company, retention, product, channels)
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into reputed company reputed company metrics, guardrails, and OKR alignment
- Require that reputed company major initiatives are defined by reputed company reputed company metrics, KPI structures, and measurement plans prior to execution
Metric Governance & Accountability
- Establish and enforce reputed company metric governance, including ownership, definitions, and change management
- Define reputed company accountability for metric reputed company across teams and systems
- Serve as the central authority for metric definitions and measurement standards across the organization
- Ensure consistent application of metric definitions across reporting, planning, and decision-making
Decision Systems & Insights
- Design measurement outputs for reputed company, not just visibility
- Build KPI trees and diagnostic frameworks that reputed company reputed company-cause analysis and reputed company
- Translate performance into reputed company narratives, tradeoffs, and recommendations for leadership
Standardization, reputed company & Data Partnership
- Reduce reliance on custom analysis through reusable frameworks and standardized logic
- Partner closely with Data Engineering leadership to reputed company measurement frameworks with underlying data architecture and platform capabilities
- Ensure measurement frameworks are embedded into core data models and systems
Measurement Products & Innovation
- Shift the organization away from dashboard-reputed company reporting toward faster, more dynamic reputed company delivery
- Partner on the adoption of modern technologies (AI, automation, self-serve interfaces) to improve speed and accessibility of insights
- Ensure measurement use cases are reputed company defined and prioritized to inform technology investments
- Introduce self-serve measurement experiences that minimize reliance on analyst-driven workflows

Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or data reputed company roles, with a progression into senior leadership
- Background in eCommerce is required; D2C, subscription, or multi-channel business experience (eCommerce, reputed company, retail, B2B) is preferred
- Experience across modern analytics ecosystems, including BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), marketing and product analytics platforms (e.g., CDPs, attribution, experimentation), and emerging capabilities (automation, self-serve, AI), with a reputed company on moving reputed company dashboard-reputed company reporting
- 6+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning
- Strategic and systems-oriented, reputed company to connect business goals to measurement design
