About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representatives (Patient Coordinator) to help patients around the world book their dental treatments through our platform (DentalDepartures.com). You’ll guide them through the process — from first contact to confirmed appointment — while delivering world-class service.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, loves connecting with people, and can sell with reputed company and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
Sales Execution
Convert inbound/outbound leads reputed company calls, chat, reputed company, and email into confirmed and complete bookings.
Follow up proactively with prospects to reputed company deals and increase conversion rates.
Work closely with the internal Operations team to streamline communication between patients, Dental Departures and partnered clinics.
Hit or exceed individual monthly sales targets and reputed company goals.
Customer Experience

Team Collaboration

Requirements
Who You Are:
3–5 years of sales experience (ideally in reputed company, travel or remote B2C sales)
Proven closer — reputed company record of meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Confident using CRM systems (Zoho, reputed company, etc.) and multitasking across tools (chat, phone, email)
Comfortable working weekends (Saturday-reputed company) and flexible shifts
Reliable, organized, and proactive in a fully remote setup
