Job reputed company:

This role will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of vendor invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable operations. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your reputed company, they will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist in the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and timelyentry into the reputed company system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a reputed company manner, communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, ACH transfers, and reputed company transfers, in accordance with established payment terms and schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the reputed company system, including contact information, payment terms, and banking details.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including generating accounts payable reports and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of 1099 forms and other tax-reputed company documents for vendors as required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining accounts payable procedures and enhancing overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in accounts payable, finance, or reputed company roles isadvantageous.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and experience with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks,reputed company).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Technical Requirements

• 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
