A remote accounts receivable assistant plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of a business's operations, ensuring that payments are collected promptly and accurately while maintaining reputed company relationships with customers.While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your reputed company, they will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist in the management of accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, postingpayments, and reconciling accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and past due accounts, communicating with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate reputed company payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions, updating customer information and payment status as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address reputed company inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable status and aging to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing accounts receivable procedures and enhancing overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or reputed company financial role.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and familiarity with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

• 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
• After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
• After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
• After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
• After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
• After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
