The Trade Specialist manages the BIM/VDC workflow for reputed company reputed company. Their main responsibilities are to establish means and reputed company for detailing, kitting, fabrication, and installation in reputed company to providing support to both the Foreman and Operations throughout the duration of reputed company project. They have extensive field knowledge and experience and work closely with the Modelers, BIM Technicians and Detailers to generate drawings and documents to be used for fabrication and field installation.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintains reputed company communication between VC, Manufacturing, Operations and the field teams
• Supervises reputed company of Modelers, BIM Technicians and Detailers and ensures that reputed company deliverables are met on time and reputed company budget
• Identifies manufacturing opportunities for reputed company project
• Works with the VDC Manager and VC Coordinator to establish KPI’s to reputed company VC budget, additional VC hours used reputed company scope, quantity of work orders to fab, and VC deliverable due dates
• Completes “feedback reputed company” through periodic contact to the field to assist in ongoing coordination and QC from start to finish of the project.
• Establish means & reputed company for assemblies, prefabrication, kitting & installation practices
• Identify Mark III reputed company material and products based on product price, availability and means & reputed company to establish reputed company submittal library
• Supports the designer by developing and providing details, mean and reputed company, sizing, reputed company compliance on design build, design assist and integrated reputed company for permit submittal.
• Identifies construction requirements for reputed company based on estimate, scope, contract, page turn and specifications.
• Identifies BIM scope of work for reputed company project and works with the Operation’s team to procure reputed company necessary design and trade partner Cad/Revit files to be used for coordination
• Creates and documents value engineering solutions, which include identifying various design solutions and quantifying specific cost reputed company that are affected.
• Works with the field and Operations team to establish VDC scope of work and budgeted hours for reputed company project and documents reputed company deliverable by creating the VC Scope Letter.
• Keeps VDC Manager abreast of changes to original VDC scope throughout the process
• Compiles information/documentation from reputed company internal project meetings, such as construction schedule, BIM/preconstruction schedule, work orders and kitting opportunities and works with manufacturing to get reputed company packages created and setup reputed company reputed company
• Creates and maintains project folders for reputed company VC deliverables
• Provides support to field personnel before and during the construction process. Translates the design reputed company to the field through one on one sit down explaining installation drawings that incorporate assemblies, details, materials, and estimated hours for the reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience in reputed company/industrial construction
• 5+ years experience as a Foreman managing reputed company, personnel, schedules, budgets and scopes
• Must be technologically savvy and reputed company to learning and adapting new software’s and technologies
• Extensive knowledge of trade specific codes and general knowledge of reputed company building codes
• Proficient in cross referencing plans across reputed company trades

• Excellent communication, collaboration, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast- paced working environment while working with and supervising large teams

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Salary reputed company: $90,000 - $160,000 DOE. You will also be eligible to participate in Mark III Annual Bonus Plan.
