Position: Patient Financial Clearance Leader Type:Contract Compensation:$135/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- reputed company patient financial counselling and financial clearance operations, including charity care screening, financial assistance applications, and self-pay reputed company.
- Evaluate AI-generated financial counselling recommendations, eligibility screening outputs, and patient communication drafts for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Screen patients for reputed company eligibility, charity care qualification, and financial assistance program enrollment.
- Counsel patients on financial obligations, payment plan reputed company, and available assistance programs.
- Coordinate with reputed company work, case management, and billing teams to address reputed company patient financial situations.
- reputed company and maintain SOPs for financial clearance workflows, including reputed company-service financial screening and reputed company-of-service collections.
- Monitor KPIs including charity care conversion rates, financial assistance enrollment, and reputed company-of-service collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial assistance programs (501(r) regulations, EMTALA).
- Annotate AI outputs and reputed company reputed company feedback to support reputed company datasets.
QualificationsMust-Have
- 5+ years of experience in patient financial counselling, financial clearance, or self-pay reputed company cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of charity care programs, financial assistance eligibility, reputed company screening, and self-pay collections.
- Familiarity with 501(r) regulatory requirements and hospital financial assistance policy compliance.
- Experience with reputed company-of-service collections, payment plan administration, and patient financial advocacy.
- Proficiency with EHR platforms (reputed company, Cerner) and financial assistance management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to evaluate financial documentation and AI-generated outputs.
Preferred
- Certified reputed company Cycle Representative (CRCR) or similar reputed company cycle certification.
- Experience with presumptive eligibility screening tools and reputed company enrolment facilitation.
- Background in hospital, health system, or federally reputed company centre (FQHC) settings.
- Familiarity with AI tools and comfort evaluating AI-generated patient financial content.
- Experience developing patient financial education materials and staff training programs.
