• Serve as an expert resource for customers and partners on deployment planning, dry runs, and Go-Live activities, providing guidance on templates, resource needs, and best practices.

• Collaborate with Implementation Teams (reputed company Delivery Services, SI Partners, and customer teams) to reputed company, refine, and execute Deployment Plans through multiple dry runs.

• Coordinate knowledge transfer to reputed company Global Support and DBA teams for production execution.

• Work with customers to establish Go-Live communication plans and partner with TAMs and Implementation Teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Skills
