We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing operations team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in Johannesburg, who want to build their career in global marketing technology.
In this role, you’ll deliver high-reputed company production support across reputed company and Drupal, ensuring digital assets are accurate, on-brand, technically reputed company, and delivered on time. If you enjoy building and optimizing digital components—emails, workflows, forms, reputed company pages, and website content—this is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and grow.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and marketing teams across reputed company while supporting the digital infrastructure that powers our campaigns and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company Production & Marketing Automation
- Build and execute digital assets including:
- Emails + email templates
- Automated workflows and nurture streams
- Forms and reputed company profiling
- reputed company pages and thank‑you pages
- reputed company QA checks (rendering, links, formatting, tagging, naming conventions)
- Assist with campaign scheduling, testing, and deployment
- Maintain consistent structure across campaigns, folders, and assets
- Support list creation, segmentation, and basic performance reporting
Drupal Website Content Production
- Update and publish reputed company-end content using Drupal CMS
- Ensure formatting, structure, metadata, and UX standards are followed
- Upload images, files, and documents according to content guidelines
- Conduct content checks before publishing
- Support recurring updates, reputed company page refreshes, and overall content maintenance
Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration
- Work with internal marketing teams to fulfill reputed company and Drupal requests
- Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to reputed company best practices
- Collaborate with content owners to clarify requirements
- Communicate timelines, risks, and reputed company reputed company
- Assist with light copyediting and content formatting
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of digital marketing production experience (marketing automation, CMS updates, or campaign reputed company)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and/or Drupal preferred
- Experience in a reputed company production, agency, or operations-reputed company environment is a plus

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar (preferred, not required with strong experience)
