MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company area required; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ management experience preferred; multi-site, decentralized (off-site, home-based team) preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ reputed company and/or reputed company HR experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience (inside or reputed company) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
