A Painting Estimator is responsible for assessing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates for painting jobs. This includes analyzing blueprints, site conditions, materials, labor, and timelines to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and reputed company requirements
- Conduct site reputed company to assess surface conditions and scope of work
- Measure areas to determine material and labor needs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including paint, supplies, labor, and equipment
- Create and submit bids or proposals reputed company deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients

Requirements

- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
