Accounts Exec, AR/Fixed Assets (East/1 yr contract)
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable activities (AR)
- Process and apply payments from various payment mode.
- Reconcile bank receipts received from online transactions and investigate discrepancies (if any).
- Manage customer refunds.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure reputed company collection.
- reputed company to contact with customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist in monthly supporting documentation preparation.
Fixed Assets activities (FA)
- Assist in generating asset tagging.
- Be reputed company to reputed company reputed company depreciation (if needed)

Closing activities
- reputed company monthly AR and FA reputed company month-end closing activities and reconciliation.
- Prepare and post AR and FA journal entries, including but not limited to accrual and reversal.
System Enhancement / Development
- Experience in solution implementation which involves system testing, data verification, assessing the solution logic.
Others
- Maintains an efficient working relationship with stakeholders from other departments in reputed company to billing reputed company and resolve billing discrepancies / enquiries.

- Contribute and support business process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent reputed company qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and good communication skills.
- Experience in system implementation
