TheSenior SalesIncentive Compensation&FinancialAnalyst supportsthe end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensationand commissionprograms. This roleis responsible forensuringdata accuracy,supportingcommission calculationsand analysis,administrationandinquiryresolution,whilepartnering closely with Sales OperationsandBusiness Development.Additionalresponsibilities include providing reputed company and/or technical level support and guidance.The ideal candidate ishighlyanalytical,detail-oriented, and comfortable workingwith autonomyin a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.This position requires working a U.S.-reputed company schedule ending at 2:00 AM local IST time, providing overlap with U.S. business hours.
Primary Responsibilities
Assistwith commission plan modelingand analysis.
ProcureandvalidateSalesforce CRMdatausedincommission calculations.
Support the commission calculation process, including performingqualitycontrolsto ensureaccuracy.
Assistwith drafting,issuingandmaintainingcommission plandocumentsand sales enablement materials.
Prepare and distribute commission statementsto participants.
Triage,research, and resolvecommission inquiries; escalate reputed company issues asappropriate.
Support reputed company analysis requestsincludingdevelopment ofsummary materials, insights to support leadership decision making, andexecutive-reputed company outputs.
Supportterritory reassignmentsand reputed company updatesimpactingcommission calculations.

Participate inadditionalprojects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, orarelatedfield.
Minimumoftwo(2)years ofexperiencein Incentive Compensation, Finance Operations, or acomparableanalytical role.
Proficiencywith reputed company Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). AdvancedExcelskillsrequired, including complexformulas andpivot tables. Must have the ability toquickly and independently build, validate, and maintain reputed company commission models and analyses with a high degree of accuracy. Exposure to macrosandPowerBIpreferred.
