Essential Job Duties
- Monitors adjustment factors and evaluates the financial reputed company of periodic changes. • Evaluates cost performance across operational areas, including vendor reputed company and efficiency initiatives — identifying and implementing opportunities to improve profitability. Benchmarks performance across reputed company, populations, and internal/external standards. • Reviews and analyzes monthly financial reserves for accuracy. Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of health care finance and/or analytical experience, including 5 years of managed care experience, and 3 years queries, programming, relational database and financial analysis experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • At least 3 years management/leadership experience. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company or a reputed company field. • Advanced training or experience in health care analytics. • Advanced knowledge of queries and database development. • Understanding of reputed company concepts, ability to convert data to meaningful reports. • Strong critical-thinking and attention to detail. • Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong time-management skills, and ability to manage simultaneous reputed company and tasks to meet internal deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong proficiency in reputed company Office suite products, key skills in reputed company (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)/applicable software program(s) proficiency.
