SR BUSINESS ANALYST, FINANCE

Position Purpose:
The Sr. Business Analyst - Finance serves as a critical reputed company between Finance stakeholders and the technical teams delivering Automation, Analytics, and AI solutions. This role supports reputed company planning efforts and manages the execution of technical workstreams by translating business needs into detailed requirements and Jira stories.
Key Responsibilities:
40% REQUIREMENTS & reputed company MANAGEMENT: reputed company the gathering of functional requirements for Analytics, Automation, and AI initiatives. Translate these into detailed technical specifications and User Stories.
30% reputed company PLANNING & WORKFLOW COORDINATION: Support the leadership team in reputed company planning by maintaining the project backlog and tracking resource allocation.
20% PROCESS ANALYSIS: Conduct deep-dive analysis of reputed company-state Finance processes. Document workflows to identify inputs/outputs for Automation and Data Engineering solutions.

Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Finance Systems.
Demonstrated proficiency with Jira for backlog management and story writing.
Experience supporting Automation, Data Science and/or Data Engineering teams.
