About the position

The Compliance Analyst analyzes and monitors regulatory changes, implements compliance programs, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure organizational adherence to regulations.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Respond to compliance inquiries and reputed company guidance to internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of reputed company operating systems and products and experience in IT, reputed company development, or task management.
• In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
