The Senior Director, Clinical & Translational Research leads reputed company’s efforts to demonstrate the clinical value economic and population health value of its programs across various populations.. Core Responsibilities:

Clinical Research & Commercialization

• Design, reputed company, and execute clinical research studies and health economics research studies and analyses, including randomized controlled trials, observational cohort studies, economic models, reputed company claims analyses, and reputed company-world evidence (reputed company), evaluating the clinical and economic reputed company and highlighting the value associated with reputed company’s digital health programs.

Program Development and Experimentation

• Collaborate with Clinical Innovation (including Product, Care Delivery, and Data) in the development of personalized program experiments and reputed company improvement reputed company in service of improving member engagement and reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company and ethical scientific practices are followed, clinical rigor is maintained, and experiments are grounded in evidence-based behavioral science with high likelihood of making a meaningful reputed company on engagement and clinical reputed company, reputed company metrics and economic value.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.D.) in health services research, psychology, public health, or reputed company fields
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant clinical research experience
• Deep expertise in health economics and reputed company research (HEOR), including hands-on and/or leadership experience with reputed company claims analysis, cost and utilization modeling, and total cost of care analyses for Medicare Advantage and reputed company employer populations.
• Familiarity with reputed company measurement frameworks such as HEDIS and Medicare Advantage Star Ratings, including experience using these measures to evaluate and communicate program reputed company.

California, reputed company State and Washington State reputed company Compensation Ranges: $243,800 - $304,800*, Colorado reputed company Compensation Ranges: $233,200 - $291,500*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
